The 1 5/8" Domestic Combination Rail End - Pressed Steel is a cup-shaped fitting used with a brace band, carriage bolt and nut to connect the top rail to a post in conjunction with connecting the truss rod. Our domestic combination rail ends have two holes for 3/8" truss rods and a 45 Degree tab featuring one hole. The required brace band, a carriage bolt and nut required for installation are sold separately.
