These 3" (2 7/8" OD) x 2 1/2" (2 3/8" OD) Line Rail Clamps, also called boulevard clamps, are crafted from 14-gauge steel and used to attach two horizontal chain link fence rails together. They fit 3" (2 7/8" OD) posts and 2 1/2" (2 3/8" OD) rails and the fence post sits in the center of the line rail clamp. (Fits 2 7/8" OD Posts and 2 3/8" OD Rails)
